World Languages

We recognize a school’s commitment to language education through a well-articulated, learner-appropriate program that facilitates cultural agility as well as the acquisition of languages at a high level.

We are pleased to share the following resources:

Case Studies: These case studies feature key advice for building a quality world languages program from the following award-winning schools:

Program Evaluation Tool: Specific criterion for schools to use as a program evaluation tool or to apply for a Program of Distinction in World Languages, which is awarded to schools with exemplary programs in a specific subject area.

School Contacts: Contact information for member schools that have demonstrated excellence in world languages. We encourage you to use other schools as a resource. Set up a time to tour a program and learn from each other’s experiences. Ask questions. Get to know each other. Learn!
