Presented annually, the F. Coble holds a Master of Science in Education degree from Wilkes University. He has volunteered for Middle States since 1986 and has served as a member of the Middle States Domestic Schools Advisory Committee since 2012.

“I am honored to receive the F. Laird Evans Outstanding Volunteer Award for my work with Middle States,” said Coble. “Volunteering on an accreditation team provides a unique opportunity for educators to learn from one another and share proven practices to advance student achievement.”
